im not saying this as some definitive answer or anything, but jeff francouer had a cannon and came to mind immediately
Same. And he was accurate.

Francouer threw out Luis Gonzalez twice in the same game. After the 2nd time he looked back at Jeff w/a "you have to be fricking kidding me" look on his face.
And neither play was close, either.

I remember Rick Ankiel making a crazy arse throw from the warning track to home plate when he played for the Cardinals
YouTube, throws to 3rd base in the same game

Probably not a popular view, but the steroids inside Rick Ankiel's body had a cannon

On July 29, 2010, Gose, along with J. A. Happ and Jonathan Villar, was traded to the Houston Astros in exchange for Roy Oswalt and $12 million.[7] Immediately after, he was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays for first baseman Brett Wallace.[2] The Blue Jays had attempted to acquire Gose from the Phillies before, including in the Roy Halladay trade.[8] They assigned him to the Dunedin Blue Jays of the FSL.[9]
The Astros took him again in the 2018 Rule 5 draft from the Ranger... he made one pitching appearance in 2018 before they cut him and he went back to Texas.

You weren't alive to see Clemente play in person and you wouldn't remember him playing if you were. And we all know your family wasn't rich enough to take you to Houston or Atlanta to watch him play.

Roberto Clemente... end thread.
Not everyone is as old as you, Clemente died the week I was born.
For me it would be Larry Walker. Vlad had a stronger arm, but wasn't nearly as accurate.

No mention of the Cobra yet ? Saw him a few times play the Astros at the Dome. Even in warm ups he was impressive.
