My list is pretty simple and easy to rank in order
Jesse Barfield
Ichiro
Vlad
Junior
I have never seen Trout except when he played AA.

You weren't alive to see Clemente play in person and you wouldn't remember him playing if you were. And we all know your family wasn't rich enough to take you to Houston or Atlanta to watch him play.

Vlad or Ichiro
I saw them play against each other at least once, but Vlad was DH that game for Anaheim.

Probably not a popular view, but Rick Ankiel had a cannon.

May have just seemed more badass to me at the time bc I was a kid but I was at an astros/rockies game back in the day and remember Larry walker having a cannon.

Not the strongest (probably Vlad) but I’ll throw out Josh Hamilton circa 2010 for an honorable mention.

Alan Ashby said Anthony Gose is the best he's ever seen

There was a RF who played for Mississippi State a couple years ago who repeatedly threw out runners at third or home.
He may not be the most noted but he got my attention.
Crews may be his equal.

But, the dude is hitting 100+ out of the pen trying to make it back to MLB as a reliever.

On July 29, 2010, Gose, along with J. A. Happ and Jonathan Villar, was traded to the Houston Astros in exchange for Roy Oswalt and $12 million.[7] Immediately after, he was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays for first baseman Brett Wallace.[2] The Blue Jays had attempted to acquire Gose from the Phillies before, including in the Roy Halladay trade.[8] They assigned him to the Dunedin Blue Jays of the FSL.[9]

Francoeur is definitely up there
I remember Rick Ankiel making a crazy arse throw from the warning track to home plate when he played for the Cardinals
