Well besides Redskins which is iconic just go with The Washington Republic. It keeps the script R, it teaches people we are a Constitutional Republic and not a democracy, and fits sort of for the city. If not just keep WFT.

This thread just makes me happy I didn't grow up a Redskins fan.. though I am a Falcons fan. I probably liked the Panthers as a kid but didn't actually really give a shite about NFL until my more recent years.
