Only going to lead to key players missing huge drives because of actual injuries.
No real way to determine live a real vs fake injury. Certainly there are obvious looking ones, but it’s a hard thing to ref live when guys do actually get hurt or are slow to get up at times
QB is gonna get a valid rub shot and where normally he’d be back in a play or two, he’d be out the series because of this rule you have to try to mitigate a very small part of the game
