Only thing that would make this card better is Rampage Jackson vs Wanderlei Silva

As much as I like Connor I don’t see him winning. It’s been so long since he was last in the octagon. Max has consistently been fighting while Connor has been living it up. If Connor was making a full on return it might be different but he has made so much money he isn’t coming back full time.

When is the last time this guy won a meaningful fight? Six or Seven years ago?

If Conor wins, ufc is going for McGregor vs Makhachev. Imagine the build up with Khabib in Islam’s corner.

So beating a punch drunk, past his prime lightweight for his first win in years is good enough to get him a welterweight title shot? Cmon

Luckily, with this sweet new Paramount setup, I'm able to go back and watch some of the Fight Night fights I missed over time.

He has won 2 "meaningful" fights in his career. Alvarez/ Aldo. So 10 years ago against 2 aging stars. I also consider those 2 fights meaningless as he was too scared to ever attempt a title defense against anyone in their prime.

Will forever be the most over hyped and inflated career in UFC history.

The goat entertainer and the goat overrated UFC fighter.
