Nah, he's got more important things to do like sending letters to the Norwegian prime minister blaming the Nobel Prize committee not giving him a peace prize for why he wants to invade Denmark owned Greenland.

This not true… Grambling and Southern don’t participate in the FCS playoffs due to the Bayou Classic… it written into law I think… Doug Williams and Pete Richardson tried to change it to no avail… lobby for the Classic too strong in Louisiana

Its political theater. It allows him to pander to his base while "protecting" CBS's investment. He'll be out of office before a new format would go into effect. If anything it is only delaying the inevitable by two years without costing him any political capital.
