How is this working? Does her (shall I call he or she) body changed? I mean the hormone/strength.
NCAA should have a male, female, transgender three categories. Otherwise, all female records will be broken soon.

The NCAA pretty much took the rule from USA swimming and other orgs that prevents this kind of situation. I think there is a one-time exemption bc it was adopted a few weeks ago (there was a thread on this in the MSB).
The Ivy League can do whatever they want but these swimmers will not be eligible beyond the Ivy League.
I suppose the one transitioning to a man can compete with men and get crushed in competition.
