I'm having a hard time finding a way to win a criminal case against him. I know a lot of people think it's coming, lawyers have said so as well. Not her lawyers necessarily but other lawyers I've heard speak on the matter.
Wouldnt be hard to prove he moved his hips so that his dick touched her. Especially if it's in a way that could only happen with an erection. I love everybody on this board is that better?

I mean what does "uncomfortable" mean??? That can be interpreted many different ways. This is absolutely a bad look. All it shows is he thought about it and certainly felt bad about something. He is going down 100%

I don’t know why, but it just feels like this is the Texans making some kind of weird power move. Like they think they’re going to get all of this brought up, to keep him there and if he says he’ll stay then they’ll make it go away. It’s such a preposterous idea, that I think the Texans would actually try it.
Because honestly, the trade request came completely out of left field. After the season he gave no indication he was unhappy. He talked optimistically about the next season, and then even signed a big contract. Then randomly he requests a trade and can’t be reasoned with? It was really odd, I have to say.

It's always crazy how these things start and develop. 2 months ago he was a hero in the city. Then he says he wants to leave and there are 7/9/who knows how many sexual assault allegations.
Everyone can say this would have come out anyway eventually, but they didn't come out the last 18 months when he was the starting QB for the team and was "happy" to be there
