The attorney representing the women suing Deshaun Watson claims he has text messages and DMs from the QB which back his client's allegations ... including an apparent apology from Deshaun after a massage session gone bad.

I'm not saying he is right or wrong in these situations, but most rapists don't apologize for their actions. Based on that text alone, it seems like he tried something and made her uncomfortable, and he recognized it and felt bad.

Again, maybe he's a piece of shite. But all that text acknowledges is that something awkward took place. That doesn't have to equate to rape or harassment.

Definitely interested to see how this plays out. And it's hilarious that TMZ has access to these texts before they appear in a court of law.

This is typical Texans. QB wanted a trade, team wouldn't trade him, he gets suspended for a while, team is stuck with no QB and nothing to show for him.

Court of law doesn't pay as much as public pressure to make it disappear does.

Regardless of innocence or guilt, DW4 should have just wrote a check to the accusers, made them sign an NDA and learn from this and move on.

If it was only one woman, you could say he made a one off mistake and learned from it. But he did this with several women.

I’m not saying he’s up there with the OJ’s and the Hernandezs of the world, but until this guy gets some treatment and learns how to use tinder or bumble, he’s not someone you want as the face of your organization.

TMZ pays more for them than lawyers do

The multiple women combined with apology texts makes me think Watson is fricked for next season though

It's always interesting when you have guys like Epstein, and others who could easily buy all the top grade trim in the world but get off on this kind of thing.

At the beginning of last decade, I became a very casual Texans fan. To the point of hardly watching games. The entire reason was because LSU and the Texans were the exact same team, great defense/shite offense. I couldn’t subject myself to the same torture twice a weekend.

It’s come full circle and the Texans even have sexual harassment scandals at the same time.

I don’t know why, but it just feels like this is the Texans making some kind of weird power move. Like they think they’re going to get all of this brought up, to keep him there and if he says he’ll stay then they’ll make it go away. It’s such a preposterous idea, that I think the Texans would actually try it.

There is no way a team decided to put their own player in this type of legal jeopardy or to where he may be cancelled.
