This is likely his normal state. He lives in serious pain from the multiple fusion surgeries etc. Limps around. It's understandable.

If the body cam isn’t obvious as hell he is impaired this would be easy to get th charges lowered even for a normal person

Prior history would indicate he was doped to the gills. Crash leaving Riviera in a 45MPH zone rolled SUV multiple time at high speed, crash when under influence in Florida where he knocked tires off the rims and now rolls a Range Rover in a 30MPH zone. These aren’t typical wrecks women have putting makeup on.
