Yep. Whole NATS staff are savages. Strasbourg. Sherzer. Sanchez and Corbin. More top 20 pitchers than dodgers.

What a catch. NATS did just like I said.

Best dodgers early in extra innings. Can’t give dodgers many chances to walk it off.

There was, LA beat the Expos 3-2 in the NLCS. The Expos beat the Phillies 3-2 in the division series.

ETA: basically it was division leaders from the first half of the season and second half as the strike was in the middle. Interestingly enough, the Cincinnati Reds had the best overall record in the NL West but missed out by half a game in the first half.

edit again: Huh. Looking back on it The Cardinals also led overall in the NL East and missed out the second half by a half game.

This does nothing to hurt Harper's legacy whereas it adds to Kershaw's of playoff choking.
