One thing I'll say for Norman is that he went in and faced the press after choking at the Masters and losing to Faldo.

Didn't the on course analyst call it as "inside left edge. In fact, he can hit it dead center and make it"?

Rory decelerated like crazy and the putt slid in front of the hole. His timid swing he put on that putt made it far more difficult than it was

This guy is acting like I’m out of pocket for asking for more info on something he’s acting like he knows about.
The only option here that makes Bryson’s story legit would be he WAS a huge fan of Payne but it somehow escaped him where Payne attended college. They didn’t talk as much about the colleges these guys went to back then, I’d assume. But still, if a guy is the reason you choose a college, you’d think you’d know the basics about his golf career.
This poster can easily clear this up for me. I’m interested and would appreciate it.
