But I have to wonder, most of Kubiak's offensive theory and system were developed almost 20 years ago when he had a guy named Elway to work with. A lot of his stuff is stale and predictable now.
And as far as his record, look up Marvin Lewis' stats. Kubes runs rings around him (and beats him in the playoffs consistently) and yet Lewis never seems to get criticized. Let's see, minority coach who works cheap and wins just enough . . . Owner's gold mine.
