He'll actually be better served as an2nd or 3rd option but to think his value is any more than what they got is insane

It's not crazy considering he was publicly disgruntled. If he doesn't send that tweet, PHX gets a lot more in return.

In this thread you called Bledsoe "dime a dozen" and said Thon Maker sucks.

Suns only get the pick in 2018 if it’s 11-16, if it rolls to 2018 it’s 11-19, if it rolls to 2020 it’s top 4 protected in 2021 it’s unprotected

Details on pick - Suns only get pick in 2018 if it is between 11 and 16. If not it rolls over to 2019 where they would only get it if 4-16

@Gambo987
If pick rolls over to 2020 it is protected 1-7. In 2021 the pick would be completely unprotected.

So basically the Suns are getting the first in 2020.

Gambo said what I just posted on the radio but he is a nut so his Twitter is probably more accurate

I mean I can understand thinking Bledsoe is some top player if you just look at stats and don't watch games, but do people really think Thon Maker is good?

You're talking to one of the only guys on this board who has watched Bledsoe regularly for the last couple years.

ANd you don't think they got enough? Did you happen to see what Demarcus cousins went for last year?

Woody I never called him trash. I'm only contending what you think his value is. This will be a good fit if he is 3rd or 4th on the Bucks in shots per game

Thon will essentially be Serge Ibaka part two

He's already older than Serge

Shel what do you think makes Bledsoe so special?
Are there no exit ramps between special and dime a dozen?

quote:

Do you know how many guards could put up 20 a night with mildly average percentages if they had the opportunity?
20/6/5 with a 20+ PER 2 seasons in a row. I know that's not "dime a dozen" numbers that virtually anyone could put up.

quote:

Write out who you think they best PG/combo guards are and he'll fall around 12

So...the complete opposite of dime a dozen?

Shel is going to say Bledsoe being at 12 means he isn't a dime a dozen. Use your words more carefully around him.

Shel is correct.

On what planet is saying a guy is the 12th best combo guard the same as dime a dozen?

I think the Suns got a fair return considering he publicly claimed he wanted out via Twitter, and McDonough decided to drag his name through the mud publicly. However, I think that if he didn't send that tweet, Brogdon + a first + Monroe's expiring deal would've been much more fair.

The Bucks got a borderline Top-10 PG/Combo Guard. The Bucks got a guy on an incredibly generous deal for this season and next season. The Suns got a guy they will waive or use until the end of the season (probably trading Tyson Chandler) and a pick (almost certainly in 2020) that will be in the 20s. Let me know how many guys in the 20s of the NBA Draft are routinely going to give you 20-5-5 and have a PER of 20+

This Bledsoe interview on Burns and Gambo is making me like him less.
