If you think perfectly healthy people are catching this virus and suddenly dropping dead, there's no helping you.
For the most part no but it has happened. I have however seen healthy people get sent to the ICU or have a case so bad they wanted to shoot themselves. It's almost like the virus can impact different people in different ways.

It happened at a few hospitals months ago and then they got caught. Of course you need confirmation bias to prove your point that the numbers are still being inflated.

There was a guy who died in a motorcycle wreck who was considered a covid death because he had it when his wreck happened.
And more importantly, when the media questioned the county public health director about it he said ‘well maybe covid caused him to crash his motorcycle.’ Supposedly the death was removed after that, but we have absolutely no way of knowing how many other pure bs deaths like that were not discovered by journalists actually doing their jobs and remain included in the bs 500,000 number.

That guy is still the public health authority in Orlando as far as I know. There is no reason to believe any numbers coming from that area as long as that’s the case.

Yes and we're trying to get this shite under control while we roll them out. If the covid vaccines were in as great supply as the flu vaccines it would be another story but it isn't.

And yet every year, people still get the flu, people still spread the flu to others, and people still die from the flu.

I would point out the extreme irony here, but you’ve thoroughly demonstrated you’re incapable of thinking so that wouldn’t technically be correct.

How many would we have if the media and others in
politics wouldn’t have gotten involved with discrediting potential aids like hydro that’s been proven effective in some studies.

Keep in mind that the poster you're responding to is a college student who believes in socialism and has openly stated that he believes Biden is a centrist.

The irony here is very rich, because you're the poster who likes to think of himself as smarter than everyone else.

90 year old Bobby Bowden, who was already in poor health, survived this horrific plague.
When I told my doctor that I had it and then recovered, he told me "congratulations on being one of the incredibly lucky 99.7% of survivors".
The overreaction to this virus has been disgraceful and a joke. It is primarily political and anyone who takes an honest assessment can figure this out. It was different at this time last year when no one knew what we were dealing with. Now that we know that it really isn't that bad, it is time to open everything up.

Never once said or implied that I know damn well there are posters here smarter than me. I just rather trust the CDC and actual medical research over some guy who claimed he's making assumptions based off of what a few hospitals got caught doing back in June

And you were stupid enough earlier to say other people aren’t using real facts in their arguments.
Data comes at you hard, and states that have been extremely lax bordering on nonexistent when it comes to COVID restrictions are doing just fine right now. But I guess they got to avoid the fun of trampling on the liberties and creating economic ruin for several of the people in that state.

My arguments are a direct mirror of your shitty arguments to easily demonstrate how ridiculous they are. You’re not worth the time of an actual argument, and one isn’t necessary to refute you.

I don’t even have that. Just a diploma from a Louisiana public school.
What does it say for you that you can’t keep up?

The CDC is overly politicized as well.
CDC fudged numbers
CDC fudged numbers
quote:
In the fall issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, editor-in-chief Lawrence R. Huntoon, M.D., Ph.D., analyzes the problems of bias and conflicts of interest highlighted by this crisis.
"The CDC openly admits that it is fudging the COVID-19 death figures," he writes. The statistics have been made to look really scary by adding speculative guesses to the official database. "Those false numbers are sanctioned by the CDC."
Dr. Huntoon notes that the CDC became authorized to accept private gifts in 1983, opening wide the door to corruption and conflicts of interest. Ethics and disclosure requirements are ineffective and non-uniform. A report by the Office of the Inspector General, published in 2010, showed a "systematic lack of oversight" of the ethics program.
"Even when the CDC identifies conflicts of interest for advisory committee members, some allege that the CDC 'automatically' grants annual waivers to the participants. And the CDC's policy on 'prohibited sources' of donations to the CDC Foundation, which allows 'prohibited' donations, makes a complete mockery of the CDC's entire ethics process," he writes.
Industry funding is likely to have influenced agency recommendations concerning viral hepatitis and influenza, to name two examples. Data manipulation has been alleged with respect to the Wise Woman (WW) program as well as studies pertaining to measles mumps rubella (MMR) vaccine and autism, he states.
In 2016 a group of more than a dozen senior scientists at the CDC lodged an ethics complaint alleging that that the CDC was being influenced "by corporate and political interests in ways that shortchange taxpayers." They noted "the pervasive nature of unethical practices throughout all levels at the CDC."
"The CDC has a long history of bias and troubling conflicts of interest. This history calls into question the scientific validity of recommendations made by the CDC," Dr. Huntoon concludes.

If you think perfectly healthy people are catching this virus and suddenly dropping dead, there's no helping you.
If you think there aren't perfectly healthy people that get covid and then have major complications then you are wildly misinformed. There is a guy in the sulphur area right now that ran miles a day and was in solid health who is on vent and almost had to amputate his feet within days of being in the hospital. Mid 50s.
This virus is wildly unpredictable on a case by case basis. Its dumb to be afraid of it but stating that everyone healthy that gets it will be fine is incorrect.
If you don't agree with cancelling games or mandating business restrictions thats perfectly reasonable. I agree on the latter
