And just like that - StubHub has them starting at $220 per general admission ticket.

Yeah but the Globetrotters are fun to see once every 10 years or so. Take the kids to when they're young. Who wants to get season tickets to the Globetrotters? I'm guessing it's mostly ticket brokers buying these tickets for resale. It seems fun to go to one game but an entire season of it??

The email they sent out made a huge point that they actively identify and cancel tickets sold on 3rd party sites. I'd be nervous buying on stubhub for this event.

Not hard to understand.
Very small stadium. Fun cheap night out with good concessions. Playground for kids.
Entertainment.

For this to even be close to accurate the Bananas must've booted Aramark and brought their own catering group to serve the Box that weekend. Best thing there is the walk through beer vending areas but I wouldn't call it cheap...I agree with your other points though.

I tried to get them so I could sell them on Stubhub and make a little cash. Didn’t get selected though.

I got denied too, but I thought I was going to try to watch a bunch of women try to play baseball.

They gave too many tickets to the travel ball teams so didn't have much left for the general public.

Every travel ball team in the area got tickets in Decemebr for Baton Rouge

good, thats who should be getting them. not a bunch of kids who have no interest in even playing baseball and it helps their is a big 2d tourney that weekend. helps get more teams in that.

But they are actively fricking fans in the arse.

...but they have a lottery for tickets?

Good for them, but damn I can't believe the tickets are THAT high in demand.

Hate to break it to you, but those kids who have no interest in baseball are just as likely to make it to the show as your little Jaxxtyn.

The tickets are all general admission, how will they know who’s selling on the resale sites?
