Ok sure. It’s a simple traffic citation that has nothing but a fine associated with it.

From the reporting, he was deceptive with teams about the situation.

With Miami being back on the big stage for the last two years, and with the glut of personal stories that Sports media run with, we would have heard SOMETHING about this. Hell, the National Media ran with every story that made BK look bad involving off the field player issues. Maybe they didn't want to affect the image of Mr. Baines for some particular reason.

Single vehicle accident, no alcohol or drugs involved. Not such a big deal that you’d necessarily hear about it except the poor girl died. Probably paid the girl’s family like $5 Million or so and that was the end of it until some NFL scout whose job it is to find out about this stuff found out about it.

Was it careless operation or reckless operation? I haven’t seen confirmation either way…….but in most states they are entirely different charges. Reckless Op is usually much worse
