That says more about you than the sport.

What does that even mean?

If you don't closely follow the sport - you're what?Because you have to closely follow the sport to know OP.

If you are implying he's some massive general public household name.

That's absurd.

Totally absurd.

The general public doesn't know this guy. You can follow sports like crazy in America - and not know this guy.

Oh and you know why? Nobody covers boxing on pages of any major sports websites.

You get soccer stories from MLS quicker than you get boxing stories buried on the back page.

Well I'm a major sports fan but not a big boxing fan at all and I could tell you who Joshua is. I mean if you watch first take even on e a week you'll hear max kellerman slob on his knob

Boxing is a worldwide sport. He's loved by England. He could spend his entire career fighting in Europe and retire with 9 figures.

So the only way to make a ton of money in UFC is to either fight a boxer, or be a boxer.......

Interesting that they say it is boxing that is dead

If you follow boxing AT ALL and don’t know who he is I have no idea what you are following. If you don’t follow boxing and only watch American hyped sporting events than you probably haven’t heard of him. There is a whole world outside of the U.S. and they all know who he is and are anxiously awaiting his boxing lesson for Mr Wilder.

Don't tell Wilder fans that

They think he's a bigger draw than AJ

Wilder doesn't even fight ppv

AJ fights ppv in the UK and sells out soccer stadiums. Wilder has been fighting in Indian casinos

AJ is the face of Under Armor Boxing. You go into a Dicks or other sporting store you see, Curry, Brady and AJs face with them. Wilder has no such sponsorship.

boxing is dead why did White offer this kind of jack to a BOXER

Because boxing is really only dead in the US. You need a superstar fight to draw interest here or a knock-out machine heavyweight to get the American public interested in boxing. Dana has taken the UFC outside the box going all over the globe and knows that this guy would be a huge draw everywhere and maybe back in the states as well.

What would be legit is to see how Joshua does if he signs with UFC and he gets 4 or 5 years under his belt
He would be signing with Zuffa as his boxing promoter...not to fight in the UFC.
