Bama obviously produces pro's at most positions, but man they are a top end WR factory recently
Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, Amari Cooper
about to add Jeudy and Ruggs who both seem like locks to become elite WRs
It seems like every 2-3 years a WR comes out of Bama who you can almost lock in to be a top 15 player at the position.

It's pretty interesting to me that aside from Julio, who is honestly a generational talent by definition, the other guys are all from South Florida. Ridley, Cooper, and Jeudy.
I think Ruggs will be a great pro but don't think he ever gets in that "top 5 in the game right now" category. He's got the tools to do it though so we'll see. Elite when it comes to speed, hands, and leaping ability. It's hard to pick apart route running unless you pour over all 22 film, but I think that's the knock on Henry and it's the calling card of the 3 from south FL

Jerry Jeudy

You don't have to be 6'4" and run a 4.4 40yd to be a good WR in the league

This. Of all the guys on there I'd put the most money on Lamb being a star. I think Jeudy is amazing as well but I think he needs the right fit. Lamb should thrive almost anywhere.

Jeudy had some uncharacteristic drops this year, not sure why

Nice edit.
Chase seemed to catch freaking everything around him

Hell I had to exit twice
Jeudy had a much better drop % than Chase this year. I’m fact I think Chase lead the SEC in drop %.
ETA: I can’t type

Tyler Johnson from Minnesota should be on your list. He’s a stud and has the size and hands the NFL loves. Dude gave Auburn fits.

Truth. Ginn hasn't been overthrown since arriving in New Orleans.

Saints need a YAC guy (Lamb) not a burner IMO.

Tigers WR's cut down on drops significantly as compared to last year.

Agree. You could make an argument that Chase is not the best when it comes to gaining separation, but he made many contested catches this year in tight coverage, which tends to translate to NFL success due to the better coverages and tighter windows at the pro level.

He plays for Colorado. Defenses literally game-plan to take him away. He’s the main focus in that offense. Put him with a QB like Burrow, Lawrence, Tua, etc.. and this guy would be a MONSTER.

they don't have to be mutually exclusive. We'll take Ruggs since he's the top "burner" out there.
He had 100 touches on offense in his Alabama career and scored 25 touchdowns. That's insane efficiency and he doesn't get close to that without the YAC ability. I think he gets a bit of an unfair shake and labeled as a 1 trick pony when it's not the case. Not saying that's what you're doing, just in general. There a video floating around on twitter of his reps against Kristian Fulton and he consistently creates separation against a consensus first round pick.

Ginn also looks like he has double vision when trying to track a deep ball.

Jeudy
Laviska
Ruggs
Higgins
CD
Jefferson
Johnson
Of that group, Jeudy is the clear best (top prospect in the draft imo) and Johnson is the worst, but everyone in the middle is pretty even so it’s basically preference.
Bryan Edwards needs to be in that mix too. As should Duvernay from Texas.
