CeeDee
Jeudy
Johnson
Ruggs
Shenault
Higgins
Shenault has probably moved out of the first round now.

Did you leave Jefferson out for a certain reason?

I think they hand time at Alabama Junior/Pro days.
The scouts likely do themselves, but they 100% set up electronic timing, at least last year they did.

Agree. Anybody who runs sub 4.4 will get drafted high, period, regardless of their ability. NFL decision makers have a much easier time justifying their pick to the owners when a guy has the measureables. I don't necessarily agree with it, but that is how it is. They will over-look bad route running, drops, etc if a guy can run a fast 40.

Because I do not think he is as good as any of those guys, exception maybe Shenault. He was placed into a perfect storm/system this year. Moss and Chase helped him out bigly.
Jeudy you can say dipped with addition of Waddle. But he had back to back years of 1000 yds.
Higgins has done it multiple years and multiple playoffs.
IMO CeeDee and Jeudy are the unquestioned 2 best WR this year.

The two guys from Minnesota are really good also. Really deep class.
Only Johnson is draft eligible of the MN receivers. Bateman was a sophomore.

If he doesn't go in the first round, somebody's getting a steal. Pittman is the real deal.
