I am not suprised that May fizzled out in the NBA. Fat 6'8 post players don't often make it in the NBA unless they change their games. McCants was batshit crazy. Both were good. I use to Like Jawad Williams too. I always thought he would have been better int he league. I just went glance over that 2005 roster. Can't believe more didn't land some spots in the NBA.

I was watching their highlights last night.. my god they were stacked. It would be close though, between them and a few other teams.

look at the lineup. jason williams was the best college guard ive seen in the last 15-20 years. shane battier, was the second coming of laettner and player of the year. throw in carlos boozer and mike dunleavy jr. duhon was competent as a freshman as well.

The Arizona team they beat to win the national championship was loaded too. They had Gilbert Arenas, Richard Jefferson, Luke Walton, Loren Woods, and Jason Gardner. That team would handily beat most of the national champions from the last 10 years.

yea, a poor man's laettner would be a better description. i always felt jason williams was much better than battier anyways.

Battier and Laettner really weren't similar players, so the connection should have never been made. I don't know if you could call Battier a poor man's anything though, he was an outstanding basketball player

1). 2007 UF

These are the best two in my opinion.

This. Although this Louisville team and the 07 Florida team were very good too.

The '07 UF team had more NBA talent on it than the '12 UK team.

The argument starts after the Florida teams. That team just had everything. The only GREAT team since the 90's.

Just curious you are the second person who had the 2005 UNC team ranked ahead of the 2009 team. What is the reason for that?

05 DOMINATED the tourney. 09 did not.............

2005 had some very close games, 2009 only had a test against LSU for the first 30 minutes.
