How can this be? They have top 5 QB in Jimmy G, a high flying offense, and a young and thriving defense. That’s what I was told at least by Raiders fans

Idk who told you that but any Raiders prediction I saw this year including mine was about 8-9 7-10. Their O/U before the season was 6.5 so about right.
Defense is good and young no doubt there, 11th in the league after 27th-30th the last couple years is a big jump...
Probably why Pierce got the interim tag he's been a good coach.

You can tell D Adams checked out. The offense was terrible and seemed disorganized. Good move by the raiders. It was time.

McDaniels and Dennis Allen seem to be pretty similar, above average coordinators that just fail to get any locker room respect as head coaches

McDaniels is the type that does better at being a coordinator than a HC.
