Definitely true with McDaniels. He's just a smug prick that has no aura of leadership. You can tell players just don't like or respect him. Dennis Allen I think has respect and the players play hard, he's poor at picking and running his staff more than the locker room. Neither guy should ever be a head coach again.

I really don't think this is true. They've got a pretty good roster and a decent QB (when he has a good coach). They make a ton of revenue. They just need to hit on their next coach or it's going to spiral.
