Paul Pierce has always moved like he would be broke soon after he stopped playing. How long do you think it will be before Zion Williamson is broke?

his youngest child (named King) is 8 months old and he pays over 8K in child support.

Sounds like he needs to downsize his home and lifestyle. Matter of fact, he should have been did that once his playing days were over. Instead, he's too busy trying to party with strippers, which is why he's unemployed in the first place.

tale as old as time with so many dumbass pro players.
shaq is the example of what most should have done with their money. he owns so many businesses i have lost track.
my example earlier is just a bare minimum of what SHOULD have been done with his money. he was set for life by just doing that having amassed a fortune and living off that money's dividends without touching principal.
the financially ignorant players out there is astounding. no discipline. cannot handle themselves,.

Child support and alimony are things he can't change
Thats bullshite. At ANY time of a life changing factor, you can apply for a reduction in support, thru the courts.
What kinda of whore count would watch a man struggle, while taking 30k per month from him?

He may have some financial challenges, and I do believe he could have serious short-term cash flow issues, but he is not going to be out the street in a few months. This is 95% posturing over a paternity case to reduce how much he has to pay in support.

Looks like he doesn't need to pay for childcare anymore. He can watch the kids himself since he's unemployed now

He's always been an overrated player and unlikeable person

He is poor because if Trump's economy - I'm sure that's what it will be blamed on

this is PP negotiating through the media

Pierce wants the court to end his spousal support payments to his ex, Princess Santiago, and also asked it to deny her $50,000 request for legal fees and a forensic accountant.
Pierce's lawyer wrote to the court, saying the star athlete would have "great difficulty" paying the fees after losing his job with Fox Sports. They also added that Pierce was already "drowning financially" and struggling to keep up with demands.
The latest news comes after a court ordered Pierce to pay his ex in September 2026. At the time, Pierce's ex asked the court to increase his child support payments, claiming he has more than enough money to make the payments.
Pierce, however, denied the claims that he was as rich as others believed. He also told the court that his ex earned her own money.

Just wait till the broke former NIL stars are in the mix
Posted on 10/27/26 at 11:06 am to cubsfan5150
I mean, if he no longer has any income he can have his support obligations modified by the court.

There’s blame to go around.
His home life probably failed to educate him or set a great example. His talents probably led him to be coddled through HS and at KU. I’m sure he was slaying poon and blowing through some booster cash and told how awesome he was instead of learning how to manage any sort of budget.
Once he hits the NBA, he’s pretty much screwed up in that department unless some financially prudent teammate shows him the way.
Add in his own bad choices with women, and it’s over.

He should've invested in a 75 cent Trojan. Would save him 30k per month.
