The safety rules in the NFL will save the sport from itself and they don't go far enough.

Players should be removed from play and not allowed to return if they aren't wearing proper protection, ie no knee pads, ill fitting helmets, and they should be fined.

How is Ruth overrated? Have you looked at his numbers? He changed the game of baseball. He owns many of the greatest seasons ever. It is disservice to Ruth when anyone else not named Barry Bonds is discussed as the greatest baseball player ever.
His numbers are so incredible that you could fap to his baseball-reference.com page.
ETA: sorry for the attack in this thread, but I really don't think there is a logical way to overrate Ruth. I agree with you on Romo. Dude is a stud.
