35/49 times, a great QB is required to win the Super Bowl. Ken Stabler and Jim Plunkett are borderline. Which would make it 38/49.

Punting should be eliminated from football. After a team scores a TD or FG, the other team gets the ball at midfield. A team forcing a safety gets possession at midfield.
