If he supports them, then he shouldn’t wait on a federal law or tax. He should start handing out some of the millions of dollars that he has.
It’s just like rich liberals who say they aren’t taxed enough. Nothing is stopping them from sending an extra check to the government.

How would this bullshite even work? Taxes taken out of white peoples checks and then at years end all pooled together and paid to black people in tax returns? That would never work. So whats an even possible mechanism for this happening?
