My ancestors came to this country in the early 20th century, virtually penniless, obviously after slavery was abolished. But I assume Pop thinks I should be on the hook for reparations because of the color of my skin. Seems pretty racist.

I can handle reparations for any american that has at least biracial, 50% African origin genes. Some silly quadroon like Talcom X ain’t getting anything I’m sorry. The reparations I would approve are academic related or trade school related though. The Dave Chappell Show, straight cash, money style reparations are absurd and ridiculous. Also the Yankee, northern white, descendants of Union Civil War soldiers are gonna get screwed here. My mutt, euro trash, white descendants were Confederate sympathizers and there were two soldiers. None of them had a nickel to own a slave though. Regardless of weather you agree with reparations, they ARE coming so get some lube and grab your ankles.
