Possible but. I think Jr. and Victorinio start the season in OF.... Six want Shane to be good early to trade at the break

Anyone the Braves acquired this offseason. Oh wait, they traded their best major league players to make the minor league teams good. Go Gwinnett!

I guess I'll go with Freeman. He's the best hitter on the roster by a mile and a half. It's also fun to watch Simmons take base hits away from people. I would say Kimbrel but he's only gonna have 30 of so save opportunities as the Braves will lose 90-100 games.

I'd be surprised if Bradley is on the major league roster to start the year. I see Hanley in LF, with Betts, Castillo and Victorino splitting the other two spots.

I'm a Reds fan so I have nothing to be excited about ever.

I guess I'll go with Billy Hamilton.

I'm in the same boat. The Rangers need Fielder to return to a shadow of his former self at least. If he has a big year, it'll be big news for the Rangers.

But ALSO - I'm excited to see Joey Gallo's late season call-up that is possible. Bombs away.

I'm excited to see Jonny Gomes. I want to see what he brings to the Braves locker room if nothing else. He's a vet who's been on WS winning teams but he seems like a guy who likes to have fun. I think I will search for a David The Gnome costume, by a Shirsey of Gomes' and go to the game as a Gomes' Gnome.

Beyond him, Harvey's comeback from TJ, and Fernandez as well in the 2nd half.

I'm reserving my opinion of JH until we get into the season. I want to be psyched for him, but I can't be right now.

How are your negotiations to extend him coming (or are you guys even trying to)?

He's only got 1 year left, right?

Too soon man... Too soon

I watched the little spring training interview with him on MLB.com and I just sat there and felt so depressed. I really thought he was going to be a Brave for a long arse time. Possibly never leave.

why wasn't he part of the mass extensions of young players thing the braves did...did he want too much, or just didn't fit the needed rebuild (not that markakis does)?
