Big 12 without UT and OU will be sad and nearly unwatchable

Kansas State
TCU
Iowa State
Texas Tech
West Virginia
Central Florida

Not that bad of a league. Better than the Pac 12 will be without USC and UCLA

BYU is the closest thing to a blue blood of college football

Yeah they REALLY don't want to be there. And the SEC REALLY doesn't want them to be there.

This is all so dumb. College football should be played based upon geography with regional teams. But money rules.

Meh. The SEC has simultaneously acquired solid programs AND kept the general footprint.

The big ten has gone purely money hungry

Texas and Oklahoma joining the SEC makes 1000x more sense than USC and UCLA joining the B1G. I mean A&M is already in, why not add big brother, Oklahoma just sweetens the deal.

Will be interesting to see what the new scheduling format will be.

With 12 teams making the playoffs the sec champ game is not necessary anymore but there’s too much money to get rid of it.

Meh.

I’d argue that people from Oklahoma are culturally similar to people in Arkansas, northern Louisiana and Texas. Obviously borders two of those states and 3 SEC states.

Those two fit the western side just like Clemson and FSU would have fit in the eastern side.

Both OU and UT fit the SEC more than they fit with West Virginia

USC and UCLA have nothing in common with the big ten and neither did Rutgers.
