Just a lot of really bad football. A lot of terrible QB play, refs still reffing, the Bills-Bengals situation.

shite product in 2022.

The first 10 weeks was really bad and sterile, but last years playoffs were just so fricking good it was hard to compete with that as well

A lot of the primetime games were really bad, but Sundays were still fun. You could always stop watching if it's not entertaining you anymore

Yea I think it’s more of a letdown from how awesome last year ended. It wasn’t bad just didn’t live up to how last year ended.

AFC playoffs should still be fun. I think divisional games are going to be phenomenal

The level of QB play in many games was unwatchable. That’s ultimately what it was, Trace McSorely and Bryce Perkins starting games is brutal.

Alot of cover 2 defenses preventing big plays making offenses move the ball more methodically down the field. Scoring was way down this year. I think its partially the shift to the defenses i mentioned and the rebirth of more running the football.

Yea I’ve read that too. I also think you had a convergence of trash coaches and trash QBs this year.

Thursday nights were really bad this year. Monday’s are trending in the right direction, and SNF is tGOAT.

Blame the never-ending coaching turnover. When the owners finally decide to settle down and let these guys build their teams the product will get better. Consistency is key.

No one wants to address one of the main reasons the product has slipped over the last 20 years or so. The CBA agreement limits the amount of off-season practice (more importantly, full contact practice) that teams can get in. The first month of the season is a non-stop barrage of false start, illegal formation/substitution and delay of game penalties. This doesn't even begin to address the abysmal state of tackling you have to watch nowadays. I wonder when coaches will start to figure out with the minimal training camp time available that they better leave their starters in for more than one series in pre-season games to iron out some of these issues.

Bad offensive line play especially in pass protection.

Plus how many different strating QBs were there this season?
