That's the point. They pick and choose which plays to slow down and scrutinize and let others go. And, that is in every game. Consider how many times the refs mark the ball after a possession and how often those are not accurate. And they only check a few of those a game. Why?

The ball didn’t touch the ground. We have an entire side view where it’s moving around his body, but doesn’t hit the ground.
