Let's Google...Joe Perry
Fletcher Joseph Perry (January 22, 1927 – April 25, 2011) was a professional American football fullback in the All-America Football Conference (AAFC) and National Football League (NFL). He played for the San Francisco 49ers from 1948 to 1960, the Baltimore Colts from 1961 to 1962, and returned to the 49ers in 1963 for his final year in football. He was exceptionally fast, a trait uncommon for a fullback and one which earned him the nickname, "the Jet". The first African-American to be named the NFL Most Valuable Player, he became one of American football's first black stars.
Google Willie Thrower
Willie Lee Thrower (March 22, 1930 – February 20, 2002) was an American football quarterback. Born near Pittsburgh in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, Thrower was known as "Mitts" because of his large hands and arm strength, which stood in contrast to his 5' 11" frame. He was known to toss a football 70 yards. Thrower was a part of the 1952 Michigan State Spartans who won the national championship. He became one of the first National Football League (NFL) African American quarterbacks in the modern era, playing for the Chicago Bears in 1953.
Who was the first World's Fastest Human?
Howard Porter Drew (June 28, 1890 – February 19, 1957) was an American track and field athlete who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics.[1]
An inspirational African-American athlete, Drew was once considered the "world’s fastest man", known as the first great black sprinter, and went from being an Olympic track athlete to serving in World War I to becoming a judge in Hartford, Connecticut later in life.

What was the point of being told about that white NFL Cornerback in this thread?
Why do we need to be told about what race somebody is, well?
Google...DeFord Bailey, you will read...first black to perform on the Grand Ole Opry.
Ernie Davis first black Heisman winner.
Jack Johnson first black Heavyweight champion.
And on and on...
We have racism because we are constantly reminded ...different race.

oppressed people getting paid millions to entertain people.
at some point, folks who still think they're oppressed have something wrong with their brain and/or are racist themselves.

Kind of like people crying about "Make America Great Again". Like it was somehow "racist".

Well Kap has a new Netflix special out where he compares the NFL Combine to slavery and white owners picking out their slaves. So we have not ended it haha.
Yet he still says he wants to play.

I mean the US has greater chance for upward mobility for everyone compared to most countries, so it’s not like exclusively a benefit for minorities.
Also even if we are the best, there are still things we can work on. There is still racism in this country so I guess I just don’t see the issue with the words “end racism”

This isn't the platform for an honest discussions bro. Anything said will automatically be dismissed instead of addressed or debated with facts. Allow these good folks to believe that [all or majority of] racism ended in 1964.

I wasn't crying about anything, frickstick, I just said it was a meaningless slogan. Which it is. Tell us, what does "end racism" mean? What steps has the NFL taken to that end?

Carson Wentz has INSPIRE CHANGE on his back bumper plate.
It will inspire you to change the channel or maybe Reich to change QB
If it does, then it was successful.

Some things are stupid, yes. But you cannot defend John Gruden's firing. His stupid emails are from 2010 thru 2018. Most of corporate America has been smart enough during this time period to know not to put things like he did in an email. Say it privately if you must, but it's pretty dumb arse behavior to think that it's ok in an email. Your emails belong to your employer.
