The absolute nuclear meltdown when someone like Bobby Layne or Sid Luckman makes the top 10 instead of Brees is going to be absolutely glorious.

Both Layne and Brees will make it

It’s not bias. They just pick the best players in NFL History, not just the Super Bowl era or the last 20-30 years.

There’s no way he made the list, I don’t mind him getting a shout out for SB3, it was a big moment for the growth of the league.

Layne wasn’t on the 75th so not sure how he will be on 100th

The 75th anniversary was
Graham
Baugh
Montana
Unitas

Those 4 are absolute locks

Now find the other 6

Why is Montana automatically in? That's stupid

Where have you been the last 30 years? He was long thought by many to be the greatest QB in the history of the game.

Baugh will be on the final list just accept it

I think Baugh and maybe even Tittle get on along with Graham and Unitas.

Baugh is basically a lock, leaving very little room for modern guys.

I think Marino and Manning are locks as well.

But watch out for Bradshaw. I have a sneaking feeling he may make it because of the Rings and the dynasty.

Easily. My prediction?

Tom Brady
Joe Montana
Dan Marino
Peyton Manning
John Elway
Drew Brees
Sammy Baugh
Otto Graham
Terry Bradshaw
Johnny Unitas

Troy Aikman should not be a finalist. Warren Moon and Jim Kelly were better but i guess Aikman gets a boost because of Super Bowls which is bullshite. That's a team achievement. Kelly would have a ring but he can't control his kicker choking.

I don't know man..it takes leadership from your QB to win multiple Super Bowls. I find any quarterback who only wins 1 to have gotten there with a bit of luck. Makes sense to leave Brees off the list

No way Tittle gets in.

I agree Bradshaw will get in. The NFL has been kissing the Steelers and the Rooneys' asses for 50 years.

I just can’t see them leaving off the guy who owns basically all the QB records when the guy also won a Super Bowl for the Saints organization.

Brees not being on the list as he currently holds every single major passing record in history - and will most likely be the only person in NFL history to hold them all at once, would be especially retarded

Considering this list is being compiled WHILE he has claimed all the top spots.

Your list looks correct except for Bradshaw. I’ll be genuinely shocked if he makes the list over Brett Favre. Remember, Brett Favre was ranked #21 while Bradshaw was ranked around #50 in the all-time 100 list they did a few years back. Don’t see what has changed from now until then for Bradshaw to jump Favre.

Graham
Baugh
Unitas
Staubach
Montana
Elway
Marino
Manning
Brady
Rodgers

Any other list is hogwash.

Worst case scenario? He has four Super Bowl titles instead of six.

Well you have to consider Gostowski was the kicker for half that time. So worst case scenario, Brady has 1 SB instead of 6.

The first two SBs were won by game winners (as was the AFCCG for the first.) The third they won by 3 points. The 28-3 game, Gostowski had to make 2 FGs otherwise the game wouldn’t have gone to OT. In this past AFCCG, the Gostowski also had to make a FG in the 3rd otherwise it wouldn’t have gone to OT.

The point is everyone has to rely on kickers.
