I will say the same thing I said decades ago when the first female sports writers came along (and I was there). If she can do the job, I have no problem with it. If she’s there to prove a point, I have a problem with it. Pretty simple.

It's this weird thing of I don't care about women being included, but the odd pageantry of it makes me question if they can actually do the job or it's just a publicity stunt. Dorris Burke is good, and literally nobody gives a shite.
