Nobody's reading all that. I'm of the opinion that franchise history should revert back to the original city in the event of a name change if the original city receives a new franchise.

The Oilers changed to the Titans. They can keep the Tennessee Oilers history, but everything from the Houston Oilers reverts back to the Texans.

All A's franchise history stays with the A's as long as they keep the name.

Vegas went from having zero professional teams to 3 in a span of like 10 years.

What's funny is Oakland had 2 teams and they'll both be Las Vegas teams once the A's relocation fully hits.

This Vegas NBA team will round it all out at 4.

Would be a smart move for either team.

Yep. MJ and three other hall of famers in Pippen, Rodman, and Kukoc beat one hall of famer in Gary Payton.

MJ always had more hall of famers on his team than his opponents.

A little myth Nike and ESPN want you to forget.

This. Want the old heritage? Keep everything including the name. The fact the Titans are reverting Oiler's style uniforms should be criminal.

Add Lenny Wilkins to that list, as a player and a coach (and simultaneously).
