FWIW, I think the answer depends on who you're a fan of and where you live or have lived. Being an OSU fan in SEC country or a non-LSU fan in Louisiana will taint your opinion.

Oregon. A lot of the schools that have been mentioned have at least won something. Oregon hasn't won much yet their fans have become unbearable.

Alabama and it's not even close. I don't even consider anyone else a close second in this category.

Alabama - Losing record this decade. 1 national title, BCS loss to Utah, and a cap 1 bowl. Yet they talk alot of trash. Very delusional fanbase.

Easily Notre Dame, their arrogance continues despite being irrelevant for quite some time. They continue to pull in top recruits yet they do nothing with an almost annual cupcake schedule.
