Not sure how LSU is the MOST spoiled. But i wil go with Arkansas....you dont think about them or hear about them until the week before the game and then when you go to Little Rock, you realize how bad it is up there. They have done NOTHING for a very long time and they believe they are the best team to ever play.

People honestly just don't know. You have to experience it. I've been to nearly every SEC venue, and it was the worst by far. The experience wasn't even fun. Their fans were unbearable, and they have literally never won shite. Ever.
The answer is Arkansas. And it's really not close. Don't ever go to Little Rock/Fayettevile. It is awful.

Hard to say, it varies from region to region. Southeast Texas and east Texas it's LSU. I've spent very little time in west Texas but it seemed to be a mixture of Tech and UTEP. North Texas it'd be Oklahoma as a close 3rd.
Texas is so big it's hard to really gauge popularity statewide. If I was trying to guess, I'd probably go with:
1. Texas
2. aggy
3. Tech
4. Oklahoma
5. LSU
6. TCU
7. Baylor

IMO that's mostly because OU fans are gracious winners and shitty losers (beat Bama and lost to LSU in the last decade)
