If you mean arrogant like smug based on they're quality of life, where they live and the wealth they have it's easily BYU fans. Mormons are taught (the ones I knew in Oregon) that they are basically walking gods on earth. Every Mormon in law school believed he was smarter and "more advanced" than anyone else and that their football team would win the PAC 10 every year.
Colorado is up there; so are the Ducks.
I doubt LSU fans would be up there; I doubt many have mansions. Plus no fanbase is truly arrogant if they're childishly insecure about their place in history (2003.)

Texas is in the discussion no doubt, but to me any program that insists it's "The" University, such as Duh U or THE ohio state get my vote.

I don't see how it can be LSU. We have WAY too many self-loathing fans.

I am specifically referencing the 2003 BSC game and the Peach Bowl when we played Miami. For the teams we play a lot, Alabama has been high on the arrogant-meter, and Florida has been recently.

I agree with OU after the game the trash talked us like they just won.

Live in Ohio for 15 years and experience their wrath. This is their title. But then again Alabama has 17 Natl championships so it's only fair that they're up there too.
