I don’t know. As I said earlier, on paper right now, it’s a playoff team for me. That said if BVW craps in his pants on the potential Syndergaard trade, that outlook would change.

Trade Thor
Wheeler walks at end of year
Pick up option on Vargas
Stroman walks next year or we trade him for less that we gave up to get him at deadline after another mediocre first half

Probably will yeah...this trade has nothing to do with competing, its just replacing Thor/Wheeler without having to spend money in free agency next season
