They keep saying that hole location is a tribute to the 1975 Nicklaus putt. What I don't hear anyone explain is why the hole was there in 1975 instead of it's usual location.

Bryson has had some really poor distance control with his scoring irons and wedges the last 2 days

Brysons iron and wedge game has been horrendous this weekend. It’s actually amazing he’s still right in it.
