Hmmm... is he projecting that valuations on franchises may be due for a dip?

Kind of surprising he's selling when he's been trying to set up a new area across the highway from where the Mavs currently play.

While I disagree with him politically, he is the best owner in the NBA hands down. I used to be Mavs season ticket holder for about a decade.
So he sells the team & makes 3.5 billion & still gets to run the team? Is that what is happening here?
Sheldon Adelson is a big Trump supporter & gave him $100 Million in campaign donations. I love how money talks & BS walks when it comes to business. I am sure the Leftists are going to have a field day with this.

When he sells to the Adelson family you have talk about what is coming in the society & media we have out there in this country today.
I have nothing against Cuban personally as I just mentioned he is the best owner in the NBA & obviously gave him tons of money over the years. Do you deny the blowback he is about to get by selling to the Adelsons?

It will be limited to a handful of destination resorts if it does get legalized. Cuban has been working for years to be one of the lucky few secure a casino license if it happens.
This move is a partnership preparing for that day, while also maintaining contr over the Mavericks as their value increases every year.
