Haven’t watched much baseball this year but it doesn’t sit right with me what the Red Sox did. The brazenness of their cheating in 2018 was ridiculous and to think they’ve already rehired the ringleader Cora and kept their core of Martinez, sale boogarets Vasquez.

Hell I wouldn’t be surprised if they are back to their cheating ways.

Anyways I hope the astros win one for the sanctity of the game and knock those losers out

Yes. Let’s leave it up to the Astros to take down the cheaters. There’s no irony in that at all.

I’m rooting for a meteor in the ALCS and a National League team to win the World Series.

No difference between what the Astros and Red Sox did. Both cheated, yet the Astros are the only ones being brought up about cheating?

frick the hypocrite Red Sox, frick their moronic unstable fanbase, and frick MLB. Astros finna win it all this year and yall need to accept it.

Both teams cheated, doesn’t bother me a bit. You have to do what you have to do to win and a WS is a WS. Looking forward to the series. Go Sox.

You think you’re coming across as the stable one right now?

The Red Sox re-hiring Cora was simply despicable

Correct take. The constant whining over the Astros specifically creates this tit for tat. Of course the Astros were doing stuff outside of the rules, but it seems obvious it was employed across all of baseball including the red Sox and Yankees. L

What’s ironic is Red Sox and Yankees fans bitching the most about the Astros cheating scandal while subsequently being caught cheating themselves. Fans of those teams have absolutely zero shame.

It's their sense of entitlement and how they are catered to by MLB and the media. Anytime they are playing they will get the primetime slot or national broadcast. Throw the Dodgers in there too. Other teams are not allowed to encroach upon that.

Should be a good series. Will be fun to watch the mental gymnastics performed by all of the Red Sox media and national media who root for the Red Sox to slam the Astros again. Will ESPN bury this series on its website when the Astros win a game in this series like they buried it every time the Astros beat the White Sox? They didn’t even link up the AP recaps for both of the Astros’ wins in Houston.

Good for the Red Sox re-hiring Cora. As Steve Spurrier once asked “He’s not in jail, is he?” If Jim Crane had any guts, he would have stuffed Rob Manfred in a locker and told him he’s keeping Jeff Luhnow.

I made the mistake of listening to ESPN radio this morning. I only did so because Jessica Mendoza was talking ALCS. Max Kellerman started whining again about the 2017 ALCS. Take a look at the home/road avg runs per game and tell me which team looks like the one who may had the biggest advantage playing at home.

Team A: 3.75 rpg home/1.66 rpg road
Team B: 6.3 rpg home/0.75 rpg road
