Probably a good thing. There was close to a 0% chance there would not be some degree of physical altercation between at least a few parents. Particularly if the OK team won.

So a LL forfeit
Seriously, who would be at risk of being found in contempt and face fines??

What wild times we're living in. The biggest current sports stories are LLWS and WNBA drama

An update regarding the LLB Southwest Region Tournament

A Little League team from Tulsa was kicked out of the tournament over an ineligible player.
They ran to a Waco judge saying the decision was arbitrary and not transparent.
Based on the information parents provided, Judge Ryan Luna orders Tulsa's temporary reinstatement
Little League filed an emergency motion to dissolve Judge Luna's order — saying he doesn't have the full story.
The player in question did not live in the Little League-defined Tulsa, so he was ineligible to play for the Tulsa team without a waiver.
Little League has a rule allowing the residency requirements to be waived if the player has sibling 7 years old or younger in the state's "Challenger Division."
The league is "an adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities."
player who player in the Oklahoma State Championship used this waiver based on his sister's enrollment in the program.
The problem? The sister's age was listed wrong — she's actually 10. She also never actively participated in any practices or games.
According to Little League's court filings, the father admitted to all of this — leading them to declare Oklahoma ineligible and declare the winner of Texas West vs. Louisiana the champion.
Texas West (@GreyhoundBSB) won, supposedly punching their ticket to Williamsport.
In their filing Little League also claimed the Judge doesn't have the power to order a new game — and says its too late.
Little league got the order about an hour after the game, and Boerne strategically used pitchers assuming Monday was the regional championship.
In response to Little League's motion to dissolve, the parties had an in-person hearing at 1:30 p.m. today (at least according to the court docket).
I expect this story to keep evolving throughout the night.

There was an official statement just posted to the LL page confirming Boerne is headed to Williamsport.

The Little League board needs to run the NCAA.
