Jesuit played Curtis 7 or 8 years ago. Not sure if Curtis was Catholic league yet though

I think that was the first year of the split. JC was Div I but in another district if I recall.

Lambert missed several games this year. He is the real deal. Lonardo was the primary QB, and even he missed a game or 2. BM played at least 1 without both Lonardo and Lambert. In the meantime, BM found 1-2 young QBs that can manage Lambert and Lonardo on the field t the same time.

BM is a different team with Lambert and Lonardo on the field. The defense is really good, even if it takes some time to settle in.

Catholic would've crushed BM. Curtis might, but it's a better matchup for BM.

This makes the Playoffs a fun format.

By the time December comes along, these teams can have really transformed from early September and get the chance to start 0-0.

So glad CHS lost —- hate this staff. Need an alum or former coach to take over. If this team didn’t have Sampson, it would have been worse. He’s the MVP. Period!

ultimately they were out coached by a high school legend

I hate John Curtis for so many reasons, but JT can coach HS football. He’s won a bunch of AA and AAA state titles with 5A talent, but he’s also won a bunch of games against teams with superior talent.

Crazy question has Dunham before tonight ever beaten Uhigh?

Also, did Dunham become just a complete recruiting factory in the last couple years or something?

WF lost to Lutcher 35-21. Both teams left it all out there. Lutcher was the better team. Hats off to Lutcher. WF had a great season and I’m looking forward to the next.

Hate that Z lost but they will be back again next year.

It would be advantageous for LHSAA to have this game in prime spot. With that being said, they’d likely mess it up.

No. I went to the Parkview Dunham game week 1. The qb for Dunham is good but they’re not loaded with lots of talent. Tonight was David beating Goliath, imo

As a Dunham parent I can assure you it I not a recruiting factory. They worked there arse off for the last four years. Weiner out coached Martin. He changed the culture. Our boys expect to win.

I told y’all on page 1 it would be a battle.

Dunham vs Lab crew was as Mickey Mouse as it gets.

That crew is going to work a state championship and couldn’t even get basic timing rules correct. All game.

Most egregious one was under 2 min in the second quarter lab trying to drive and the lab QB is brought down by a horse collar. And it’s called.

Well the crew WINDS THE CLOCK and labs drive runs out of time.

Again, a state championship crew from whatever association and they can’t even get basic high school timing rules correct in the SEMIFINALS.
