two of the worst defenders in the league on the court at the same time. Not going to win a title that way.
LeBron is not one of the worst defenders in the league. He’s fairly average, even if coasting more in the regular season.

He's injured all the time and cannot move laterally like he did 5 years ago.

Embid can still score if he's healthy ( see the Boston playoff series) but he a traffic cone at this point defensively and Lebron isn't much better at his age either.

He is a well below average on ball defender. He has some savvy help side but you can iso his arse all game long.

It's clear what he's doing. IF he can win a title in Philly he would have 4 media markets to help proclaim he's the GOAT instead of Jordan. I don't blame him for the tactic just saying why I think he went there.

How so? Because the second a team's assets dry up and the roster ages out, he jumps ship.
He has played out every contract he has ever signed hasn’t he?

We watched his first stint in Cle. Did he underachieve with the assets they put around him and then leave when those assets dried up?

He obviously underachieved a little in Miami, mostly due to losing the Mavs series where it can be argued his play dipped below his typical god-level and they lost because of it. But when he left, was it because Miami’s assets dried up? If so, y’all surely overrate his help there.

Imo, you’ve damn near completely made up this narrative.

quote:

And the Lakers had max cap space, Hollywood, and all the young assets needed to force a trade for Anthony Davis. He didn't go there to grind out a rebuild with Lonzo
I thought the Lakers lost this trade?

quote:

It's the same playbook every where he's been. Not saying it hasn't worked a few times, but why do you persist on pretending that it's not the case? Your cognitive dissonance is showing.
I think there’s at most, enough evidence to say your theory is about 15% accurate/legit. I think y’all make shite up to hammer him for.

What was Jordan trying to say when mid game he did a sideline interview and said “my bulls are going through some change next year and I’ll lose my system, so I might just pack it up and head out of here.”

I don’t think y’all could be more ridiculous and inconsistent if you tried. I think, like liberals, y’all have to pretend things to help make your already ridiculous points.

No shot, in addition to the defensive issues, which are legit - lot's of guys who need the ball, the two biggest names are declining players, and the overall roster construction is severely flawed. He made a bad choice.

He wanted to team up with AD, but now he's got a more broken version of AD in Embiid. Will be comical from afar

That matters not. As of last year, this team is officially Tyrese Maxey's.

Lebron went to Philly because he wants to play with Johni Broome.

Can’t really argue with that. Still thinks he’s a great rim protector when healthy but that’s only going to be for 15 games and that’s pushing it.

This might be the gayest shite I've ever read. Are you "screaming, crying, and throwing up" too?

I mean, they will make the playoffs but they ain't winning a title with that roster IMHO. If that was LeBron's sole objective I think there were multiple teams that would afford him a better shot.
