Just curious if you know that the Sixers traded for former Finals MVP Jaylen Brown. Regardless of what you think of the trade, they are vastly different than at years team just by that and adding LeBron. You don’t even pay attention to the NBA.

This move doesn’t make sense. A next to zero % chance of Embiid making it to the Eastern Conference Finals 100% healthy, not to mention the NBA Finals where he would get worn down by the OKC/Spurs bigs.

There's plenty to celebrate with the guy, but his is just another example of Lebron showing you who he's always been. Always takes what he perceives to be the path of least resistance.

Didn’t even mentioned that Embiid missed most of the regular season and almost all of the last half. Then was hurt in the playoffs.

I’m surprised he can even sign for that low per the CBA. I may be thinking of the NFL but I thought there was something where depending on your stature there was a minimum that you had to take.

How so? Because the second a team's assets dry up and the roster ages out, he jumps ship. Teams have always done what he forced them to do. He demanded win-now trades, drained their future picks, and bounced when the bill came due.
And the Lakers had max cap space, Hollywood, and all the young assets needed to force a trade for Anthony Davis. He didn't go there to grind out a rebuild with Lonzo
It's the same playbook every where he's been. Not saying it hasn't worked a few times, but why do you persist on pretending that it's not the case? Your cognitive dissonance is showing.

I also question how Brown handles this since part of the problem in Boston was that he wanted to be the clear top guy.

Interesting choice - when he and Embid on the court together they will have much the same issues as the Lakers the last 1-1/2 years, two of the worst defenders in the league on the court at the same time. Not going to win a title that way.
