MIT, let’s see it.

Well that’s sad for Bronny. Is he any good?

The more days that pass, the dumber LeMoron makes himself look.

Well his son is a minor
No. He isn't.

My guess is if his son wanted to go to Duke, he would give someone a call to schedule a visit
That is not what he said.

This guy is physically incapable of just shutting the frick up. That was probably the last comment Jr needed daddy to make.
I mean, any and all basketball skill aside, Lebrons right. Bronny can go anywhere he wants because lebron is fricking rich

I don't doubt what he said is true but that sure doesn't sound like a person who is oppressed and "hunted" every day to me.

I mean...he's right, but not for the reasons he thinks he is.

What a privileged a-hole

People just want some to hate on… this expected and why not???… when Shareff came to LSU y’all don’t think Shaq picked up the phone???

As long as it's not Kentucky, I don't care

6'10" 4 star Shareef O'Neal who was recruited by everyone and signed with Arizona, only to decommit after the Ayton stuff came out, and then sign with UCLA.
No i dont' think Shaq picked up the phone, and i'm pretty sure he's made that point very clear that he was not going to help his son in that way, that he wanted him to make his own way.
Shareef most likely benefited from being Shaq's son in the recruiting rankings, but he was still a top tier recruit b/c of his size and skillset, and he would have been a 4 star recruit if he wasn't shaq's son.
Bronny James is 6'3", and isn't even the best player on his high school team. If his name was Bronny Williams he'd barely be a 3 star recruit.

quote:Bingo! He basically said it doesn’t matter if my kid is good enough to get offers from many schools I can get him a scholarship with my celebrity status.
He was asked about his kid’s college choices and his answer made it about himself
Don’t get me wrong as a father I would do absolutely anything to help my son succeed but I definitely wouldn’t be making it about myself. This is who Lebron is though and he can’t help it.

It is a sliding scale based on grades and other factors.
And all the “Aunt Becky” comments are somewhat relevant though not fully.
Bronny could get in as a preferred walk-in at any school Bron tried to pressure into taking him IF he met minimum academic standards and the athletic department went to bat for him.
Doesn’t mean he can get a scholarship at any blue blood program he wants (Duke, UNC, Kentucky, etc) over a better prospect just because of who his dad is if his game isn’t good enough to justify it.

The Athletic released a piece a few months ago where anonymous scouts were saying that Bronny is not good enough to be a one and done player, so that'll be interesting.
This is obvious to anyone. He doesn't have nearly the game to makeup or his lack of size. He's listed as 6'3", so he's probably 6'1". I could see him being a good college player, but that's his ceiling.
His younger brother has a better shot at the league. I believe he's already 6'6" at 15 years old.

You guys are hilarious. Some newspaper asks him questions directly related to this topic and you guys are saying he can’t shut up.
It isn't that he answered the question, it is HOW he answered it. I don't doubt that he is correct with what he said...he just didn't need to say it the way he said it.

No respectable college program would want this kid. The reason is cause they don't want to deal with LeBron and his bullshite.
Kid will go somewhere, and it will be a nightmare for the coach and players.

What's his recruiting ranking? Who does he have offers from? Also, being listed as 6'3 leads me to believe that this kid is more 6'1 or 6'2.
