Ellen went to the UK. Not sure if she relocated there full time or just bought a vacation house, but the UK and US have an extradition treaty. As do the US and most other European countries. So that punches a major hole in any theory that these people are leaving to escape any possible prosecution.
Super rich people having houses in other countries isn’t some new phenomena since Diddy or Epstein
