Bruce Weber should be fired. He said “It’s my guys. It’s my fault.” His guy started the bad blood by stealing the ball when Kansas clearly was dribbling out the clock. But that does not mean De Sousa has the right to tower over a fallen player and then grab a chair.
If I’m a K-State fan or alum, I’d want him gone for being a bitch and kneeling down to Kansas over this. They’re your rivals and they escalated this to another level. You don’t blame your players in that situation. You admit their part but you put square blame back on Kansas for escalating it. I’d fire his arse tonight if I were the AD.
As for Kansas, we know Jeff Long is a pussy or else he would have fired Bill Self back in October.

De Sousa is a real pussy. When the guy in the polo shirt puts a fist up is when he runs and then grabs a chair. And that SOB started the whole thing with his unnecessary taunting.

I still think being punched in the back of the head, then tackled by a Kansas coach, which then proceeds to have your head stomped on will have him with a few voicemails from some plaintiff personal injury lawyers

Blocking a shot and flexing after your opponent made a punk move didn’t escalate anything. K State players ran off the bench and got in the middle of it and that’s what caused the fight.
Grabbing the chair was 100% wrong, but grabbing the chair didn’t start the fight.
